Digg is awesome! If you haven't been on the site for a long time like me (since 2006), then you need to add it to your daily list of web surfing (who uses that term anymore?!). It was founded by Kevin Rose, who is a young web entrepreneur/genious. Himself and Alex Albrecht host a show called "Diggnation" which is great!
Hello all, scar45 here with another update in regards to the many 509 Excessive Bandwidth Usage errors that people have been getting lately. As you may have read in my previous updates on XDA/this mini-site, we have upgraded our Dropbox account in order to raise our daily bandwidth allowance from 10gb/day to 250gb/day. Well, it seems like Lees ROM is so massively popular, that some users are still getting 509 errors from Dropbox. In an effort to minimize this problem, weve created a wiki article where you are able to post links to any mirror

Unfortunate greetings to all, but this update is to inform you that Dropbox has disabled public access to all of the LeeDrOiD-ROMs repository. It appears that as this ROM is ever-so-popular, we have used excessive bandwidth and this has prompted Dropbox to suspend all public links. Its unfair to blame them however, as bandwidth is expensive and they have provided a great service for free. Below is an actual excerpt of the e-mail that I received from them: This email is an automated notification from Dropbox that your Public links have been temporarily suspended

After only 1 month, we had 20,248 UNIQUE visitors, burned through 2.2TB of bandwidth, and payed a hefty overage fee, forcing us to remove the large files from the mini-site. Your donations really help, and if you havent done so already, please consider helping Lee and myself out. Due to the request of a few XDA members/LeeDrOiD users, I have uploaded the standalone, flashable .zip file which includes the latest kernel from 2.2f. You can read more about it on the [ #Customization ] page.
On Googles own Android Market Help Site they are reporting that theyre aware of the problems users are experiencing with the Market: Were receiving reports of intermittent Market download failures. It may not look like it, however Ive extensively re-worked the mini-site to be easier to update for Lee and myself (uses TextPattern CMS). After exploring, you may notice a few changes in the layout of everything, but for the most part, its the same. Anyways, without writing a long-winded paragraph, heres a list of the recent updates: (Finally) Added a mobile-version of the site. Thats right! Just connect to it with your Desire (or other mobile for that matter) and the site should display MUCH better now. The twitter feed is hidden (you are following LeeDrOiD a

Hello all, scar45 here reporting that Ive updated this mini-site to be accurate to the compatible Addons/Themes/etc., that will work with v2.3. You may already know this, but v2.3 is now re-based on the updated HTC framework 2.29.405.2, and this means that past Addons/Themes/etc. that were modified from the older 2.10.405.2 frameworks would no longer be fully compatible. The [ #Customization ] page now only shows what has been verified to work properly on v2.3. If youre running an older version of LeeDrOiD, you can still find the older 2.10.405.2 mods in the Archive (un
Version 2.3b is now out, and fixes a lot of the initial problems with 2.3/2.3a. Grab it from the [ #ROMs ] section now! Also, remember to post any issues in the Mini-WiKi entry for 2.3(x) bugs. Hope youre enjoying all of Lee and snq-s hard work!

A bit off topic for sure, but for your entertainment (and my mobile website testing) have a look at this trippy great video which synchronizes the original 1929 Mickey Mouse cartoon Haunted House to Tools Fortysix and Two song:
